Cruelty Free Clear Skin For Under £10!

Cruelty Free Clear Skin For Under £10!

*disclaimer – this post is sponsored*

One of the biggest problems I found when going cruelty free was trying to find affordable skincare that was also high quality. Products like moisturisers and cleansers were fairly easy to find, but cruelty free masks were always a little trickier to come across. More expensive brands offered some, but it was harder to find multi-use masks (as in, masks in a jar or a tube that you could use more than once) at the drugstore.

T-Zone recently got in touch with me and asked if I’d review some of their products, and after finding out they were cruelty free and that their new Charcoal and Bamboo skincare products range from £2.99 to £5.99 I simply couldn’t refuse – and they sure didn’t disappoint! All the products featured in this post are also available at Superdrug, which makes them easily accessible for most of the UK!

Black Peel Off Mask, £4.99

This is probably my favourite of all the products I was sent. I’ve wanted a decent charcoal peel off mask for a while now, in the hopes that it would be able to successfully remove my blackheads. I was really impressed with how well this cleaned out my pores after just one use! It also wasn’t painful to remove at all like a lot of other charcoal masks I’ve seen, which is an extra bonus!

Nose Pore Strips, £3.99

I’ve tried some nose pore strips before that were a lot more expensive than these that didn’t really work at all, and only came in a pack of five. These strips came as a pack of six and actually did a really good job of removing some of my blackheads. They didn’t work perfectly, but that’s likely because the strips bend and can’t reach some of the deeper pores well enough to get every blackhead! I’d say these are still great value for money if you want a quick skincare fix.

Deep Cleansing Face Scrub, £2.99

I don’t use a lot of face scrubs, as my skin can be quite sensitive and scrubs tend to irritate my dry spots quite badly and leave me with a rash. I decided to give this scrub a go anyway since the mask I tried didn’t have a negative effect on my skin, and I was pleased to find that this scrub did a pretty good job of exfoliating my skin without irritating it. The natural bamboo granules in this scrub help remove dead skin cells to leave your skin feeling really soft. Definitely great value for the price!

Ultra Purifying Face Wash, £3.25

I haven’t owned a face wash in a really long time, as I usually prefer to go for cleansing wipes or bottled cleansers, as I find they usually provide a deeper clean and are much better at removing dirt and makeup. I really love how this face wash comes with a squirt-top, making it super easy to use and perfect for storing by your bathroom sink to use in the morning and the evening. This wash lathers really easily and is great for cleansing without makeup, but I personally found it a little tricky to use as a makeup remover without the use of a flannel or something similar.

Self Heating Mask, £4.99

I love a good self heating mask, and this one did not let me down. I love to use these sorts of masks in the bath after a long day to help cleanse my skin and also to help me relax. The heated sensation on your skin is quite odd at first but really helps you feel calm, and my skin felt so incredible after using. You get four sachets of this mask in a pack, which is great value.

No-Shine Papers, £2.99

I’ve honestly never used anything like these before, but I have seen some similar products from other brands. These are designed to blot oily patches of skin to help makeup stay on for longer and to stop your pores getting clogged up and to prevent breakouts. My t-zone and the corners of my nose can be a real pain for oiliness, so these no-shine papers have been a real lifesaver when applying foundation and concealer. You get a pack of 50 papers for the price, which I think is fantastic – they’re also super compact so I think they’d be a great product to keep in your overnight bag or to take on holiday when your skin might need blotting more!

I’m honestly super impressed by T-Zone and I’m so glad they were kind enough to send me these products to review – I’ll definitely be buying some more in the future considering how affordable they are! Have you tried any of T-Zone’s products and if not which would you want to try first? Leave me a comment below and let me know!
