New Year New Glam; Staple Jewellery Pieces

*Disclaimer: this post contains gifted products from Jewellery Box UK, Ineffabless and Stella & Dot*

As Marilyn Monroe (and a thousand other gals after her) said, “diamonds are a girl’s best friend.” In my case, diamonds, gold, crystals, silver – basically anything that sparkles is an immediate win. Family members used to call me a magpie when I was a kid, as anytime I saw some sparkle I’d immediately gravitate towards the source. A post I’ve wanted to share for a while is some of my fave staple jewellery pieces; mostly necklaces and rings that can be worn all year long and totally add some glam to any outfit.

The super nice people over at Ineffabless kindly gifted me a couple of their stunning necklaces for this post, and it’s safe to say these are two stunning pieces for any occasion. The first piece is a simple drop-pearl necklace, which I chose because pearl is my birth stone (and is obviously trés chic!) and the second is a single-crystal necklace. Not only are their presentation boxes incredible if you like to keep your jewellery stored nice and neat, but the jewellery inside them is such good quality and super affordable too! They almost always have a sale or offer on too, just for you hardcore bargain lovers.

Another great brand I’ve discovered this past year is Jewellery Box. They kindly sent me a really chic locket necklace, which has a really elegant engraving on the front & is perfect for adding a little shimmer to an everyday outfit. Lockers can also be super personal too; mine doesn’t have a photo inside of it yet but I love the idea of carrying around an image or small item to remind me of a loved one. Their jewellery comes in a cute brown package, and I can’t help but turn into Julie Andrews and start singing whenever I untie their cute string ribbons and peak what’s inside.

The last product I wanna talk about was gifted to me by my favourite gals over at Stella & Dot. I call this ring my “Kim K ring” as it’s completely glam and reminds me of something you’d spot on a celeb’s finger. The best part though? It’s so much more affordable than celeb jewellery, but is still super high quality; if you read my post about an event I went to of their’s, you’ll know all their pieces are nickel free which means there’s no risk of the dreaded green finger!
