My main New Years Resolution this year is to cook more. I don’t believe in dieting; it’s a waste of money, energy, and ultimately makes me feel miserable. I am fully aware that I do eat way too much fast food and takeaway, however.
My goal this year isn’t to scrap takeaways entirely, but simply to replace the majority of the fast food I eat with home cooked meals. Pretty simple, right? I figured whilst I’m on this journey to become the next Cooking Mama, I could document some of my favourite new recipes here on my blog in a new series I like to call Trashing The Takeaway.
I simply LOVE food, and I love making it myself for me and my boyfriend, so consider this new series an outlet for me to wax lyrical about food, flavours, and all that good stuff.
